Oma's Gourmet Kettle Korn™ uses natural ingredients for our products, wherever we can. We start with popcorn kernels that look like just what you are used to seeing. We do use a specific type of popcorn - the texture, flavor, and shape is all-important to us. We put those kernels in that great big kettle, add the other ingredients, and turn on the fire. In a couple minutes, the popping is full speed ahead. The popped corn is then emptied onto our screening table. We add a little salt (if needed) and then push that popcorn around to cool it. While being moved, most of the unpopped kernels and loose hulls will fall through those screening holes in the table. The bagging process is then begun - fill the bag, twist it, tie it, add the flavor label. Voila!!!
